You can't ever go wrong with one of Julia's recipes.
They're always guaranteed to be delicious, contain at LEAST 3 tablespoons of butter, and take twice as long to make as you thought they would.
But what can be better than cracking open that teal book, throwing some butter in a pan, smelling browning onions for 40 minutes, and pouring hot soup into a bowl to cuddle up on the couch with while you watch some tv with your husband on a cold winter night?
